When life feels difficult, you don’t have to face it alone
WELCOME
Hello, I’m Gill. I am a highly experienced therapist with over 25 years’ experience supporting adults, children, and families. I offer a warm, safe, and confidential space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of whatever you may be facing.
Everyone has their own story and reasons for seeking therapy. You may be struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, low mood, relationship issues, work related stress, or anything else preventing you from living a full, happy life. These are all challenges I can help you with.
I fully understand that finding the right therapist is very important and often the hardest first step. For this reason, I offer a free initial consultation. This allows you to talk through what you’re looking for and see whether you feel comfortable and confident taking the next step with me.
ABOUT ME
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside people at many different stages of life, helping them navigate challenges, process difficult experiences, and move towards greater clarity, strength, and emotional wellbeing.
My professional background includes roles within the Primary Care Trust; Cruse Bereavement Care; Dazu Young Carers; Grief Encounter; Harman House Counselling Centre; State and Independent Primary and Secondary Schools in North and East London, Essex and Hertfordshire; Private Practice; and currently working for a London Local Authority Occupational Health Counselling Team offering SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy). These diverse settings have given me a deep understanding of the many ways emotional difficulties can show up in our lives - and how healing and change can happen when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
I draw on a variety of psychological approaches and integrate talking therapies with creative interventions to help clients express what words sometimes cannot. I use psychodynamic, humanistic, transactional analysis and narrative therapy with a focus on assisting clients to reach their goals and achieve meaningful, long-lasting change.

Whether you are facing a specific difficulty or simply feel something isn’t quite right, therapy can provide a space to understand yourself more deeply and find a way forward.
NEXT STEPS
Starting therapy can feel daunting, which is why I offer a free, no-obligation 30-minute phone or video consultation. This gives us the opportunity to get a sense of one another and decide whether you would like to move forward with ongoing sessions.
All sessions are offered online via Microsoft Teams, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Many clients find online therapy just as effective as meeting in person, while also benefiting from greater flexibility and convenience.
SESSIONS
I offer both short-term and longer-term therapy, depending on your needs. While some people choose to explore things more deeply over time, meaningful progress can often be made in a focused block of around six sessions.
Therapy does not have to be something that continues indefinitely. Having a clear focus and working towards specific goals can create real momentum and lasting change. Together, we can decide on an approach that feels supportive, purposeful, and right for you.
Online therapy sessions last 60 minutes, and are priced at £65.
